Jessica Brown, Ph. D

Jessica Brown (MS, PhD) brings 10 years of experience as a consultant, coach, and researcher. Jessica has worked on several projects across industries integrating an approach using a strategic, behavioral, and experiential learning. Jessica’s diverse background includes projects of coaching, team development, leveraging and developing talent, as well as strategic planning and change management. Jessica has assisted companies in designing and conducting organizational assessments, leadership development initiatives, performance management systems, change management processes, and a variety of strategic planning initiatives.

Jessica received a BA in Psychology at the State University of New York at Fredonia, an MS and her Ph.D. in Consulting Psychology at Alliant International University at San Diego. Jessica’s educational background includes a unique understanding of psychological and business principles and techniques that allow her to design and facilitate growth in businesses and their leaders. This type of insight offers immeasurable benefits to the clients.

As a speaker, Jessica is able to deliver keynote speechs that offer valuable techniques that impact the listener and the company they represent. As a researcher, Jessica has contributed her research findings on supervisor and organizational work-life support and its impact on employees' feelings of conflict and facilitation between the work and life domains. This research has provided insight into the essential role that managers and leaders play in employees' experience of support in their workplace environment.

Her recognized consulting and coaching abilities extend from personal life and relationships to the business realm of strategy and performance. Through her work with people and leaders, Jessica is known for her ability to offer guidance and eliminate doubt to motivate her clients to achieve their goals in life and business. She is skilled at identifying potential areas of opportunities and inspiring others to take action to reach their full potential. Jessica is currently continuing her own development while managing to grow a business that is design to assist people and organizations to develop themselves, their systems and strategies.

I had the absolute pleasure of receiving weekly Leadership coaching from Jessica over a span of five months. Through Jessica's expert coaching, I was able to break into the fashion industry and start my own marketing consulting company and podcast.
